To present a quality educational program providing theatrical  experiences that  entertain, enrich, and educate people of all ages in the Hampton Roads area.  We are committed to providing quality theatrical productions, youth classes, special cultural events, and public service to enhance our community while developing future patrons of the arts.  We believe that experiencing art plays a pivotal role in the nuturing and development of the human spirit.
